Welcome to Juliet Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our studio, booking an appointment, browsing our website, or purchasing a gown or accessory, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Juliet Studio is a contemporary bridal boutique offering a curated selection of made-to-order wedding gowns and accessories from Australian and international designers. Our collection celebrates modern romance through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and carefully selected fabrics.

2. Appointment Policy

Juliet Studio operates by appointment only to ensure each bride receives a personalised and focused experience.

Bridal Appointments

Initial bridal fittings are 90 minutes in duration.
During the appointment we will discuss your wedding, explore designers, fabrics and silhouettes, and try on gowns.
Measurements may be taken if you decide to proceed with an order.
Booking fees for appointments made via our online booking system are non-refundable,

Guests

Brides may bring up to two guests to their appointment.
This ensures the space remains calm, comfortable, and focused on the bride.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced fitting time or cancellation of the appointment.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so the time may be offered to another bride.

3. Product Availability

Juliet Studio stocks a curated selection of bridal designers including but not limited to:

Lola Varma
L’eto Bridal
Prea James

Most gowns are made-to-order specifically for each bride. Because gowns are produced by independent designers and ateliers, availability and production timelines may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in the rare event a product becomes unavailable.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Price ranges vary by designer. For example:

L’eto Bridal collections typically range approximately $3,000 – $9,200.
Prea James collections typically range approximately $3,900 – $7,600.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Additional costs may include:

Rush production fees
Alterations
Shipping
Accessories

The final price will always be confirmed prior to placing an order.

5. Order Process

Once a bride chooses a gown, measurements are taken and the order is placed with the designer. A contract outlining garments, measurements, sizes and customisations will be sent. The order will be confirmed following a signed copy of the contract is received by Juliet Studio.

Most gowns stocked at Juliet Studio are made-to-order, meaning they are produced specifically for each bride after the order is confirmed.

Typical production timelines are approximately 7–8 months, which may include:

Production time
International shipping
Fittings and alterations

Exact timelines vary by designer.

We recommend beginning your gown search 10–12 months before your wedding date to allow sufficient time for production and fittings.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on the designer.

6. Payment Terms

When placing a gown order:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to gown collection or within the timeframe specified at purchase as outlined in the contract

Orders cannot be submitted to the designer until the deposit has been received.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

7. Alterations and Customisation

Alterations are not included in the cost of the gown unless otherwise stated.

Most gowns will require alterations to achieve the perfect fit. Juliet Studio may recommend trusted alteration specialists, however alterations are typically arranged separately.

Customisations requested through designers may incur additional costs and extended production timelines.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and exclusive nature of bridal gowns, all sales are final.

Juliet Studio does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed with the designer.

This includes situations where:

The bride changes her mind
The wedding plans change
Another gown is purchased elsewhere

We strongly encourage brides to be completely certain before committing to a gown purchase.

9. Accessories

Juliet Studio may stock a limited selection of bridal accessories such as:

Designer veils
Silk bags
Other curated bridal pieces

Accessory availability may vary and some items may be made to order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

If shipping is required:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the designer and destination.

Juliet Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

Production delays
Shipping carriers
Customs or import processes
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

11. Sample Gowns

Gowns available in the studio are sample garments used for fittings.

Sample sizes vary depending on the designer and collection.

The gown ordered will be produced based on the bride’s measurements but may still require alterations for a perfect fit.

12. Limitation of Liability

Juliet Studio is not responsible for:

Changes in body measurements after ordering
Delays caused by designers or shipping providers
Alterations completed by third-party seamstresses
Damage caused after the gown leaves the studio

Customers are responsible for safely storing and transporting their gowns after collection.

13. Privacy

Juliet Studio respects your privacy.

Personal information collected during appointments, orders, or newsletter subscriptions will only be used for communication related to:

Bridal appointments
Orders
Designer updates
Studio events

We do not sell or distribute customer data to third parties.

14. Amendments

Juliet Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on our website and apply to all future transactions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
