Prea James is an Australian bridal designer, designing gowns for the relaxed modern bride, who wants something fashionable and unique for her wedding day.

Launching her made-to-measure bridal design business Prea James Couture in 2012 following years of experience in the Australian fashion industry and study at the renowned Ultimo TAFE Sydney Fashion Design Studio. She introduced Prea James Bridal in 2017, offering her fashion savvy clientele an accessible, made-to-order collection to sit alongside her bespoke, made-to-measure offering.

With a design philosophy drawing from the adage that “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” and taking her biggest inspiration from her real brides, Prea James Bridal caters to relaxed and modern brides who want something fashionable and unique on their wedding day.

The Prea James aesthetic can be described as understated elegance. With her fashionable yet relaxed take on bridal, Prea has a keen eye for an unfaltering fit and hand finishes that add that special touch to each gown. The brand is now stocked in close to 25 retailers around the world as well as a flagship boutique in Sydney, Australia.
