FAQs

Yes, we are by appointment only. Our space is intimate, and we want to give each bride 100% of our focus while searching for the perfect wedding look. Bookings can be made via our website only.
-
Our bridal fittings are 90 minutes long. This allows our team to get a feel for your wedding day and start you on the journey. During this session we’ll take you through our brands, their ethos, fabrics etc. Then we’ll get a chance to try on a range of pieces and go through the design process, here we can go through any questions you might have and take your measurements.
-
We recommend beginning your dress search around 10 - 12 months before your wedding. Thi gives you the space to explore your options without pressure, enjoy the experience, and take the time to find a gown that feels you. It also allows time for production, shipping, fittings, and any final touches.
-
Not necessarily. All our designers offer rush orders, but this does incur a fee. It’s advisable to order as early as possible to avoid extra costs. However, we understand that sometimes weddings are planned quickly — please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll always try our best to accommodate. See our designer pages for specific lead times and rush fee details.

Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to bring up to three guests to share in the experience. We find this number strikes the perfect balance — enough for meaningful support, without too many opinions pulling you in different directions.
Our space is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and all about you, so you can soak up the moment and really connect with each gown you try on. This time is about slowing down, trying things on without pressure, and letting the right dress rise to the surface and the right company can make that process even better. -
Some of our designers allow small customisations, such as neckline changes, sleeve additions, different fabrics, or added draping. We’ll discuss all available options during your fitting. However, we do not offer fully custom gowns or made-to-measure services.
-
Even though your gown is made as close to your measurements as possible, it’s not the same as a fully custom fit. Every body is unique — how a gown sits on your shoulders, waist, hips or bust can vary in ways that measurements alone can’t always predict.
Alterations are a normal (and important!) part of the process. They allow us to fine-tune the fit so that your gown feels exactly right on you — secure, comfortable, and made to move with you. Think of it as the final polish that takes your dress from beautiful… to yours.
-
We don’t offer in-house alterations, but we work closely with Kate and Erin from ILKA Studio in Northbridge, Perth. ILKA specialises in bridal alterations and has been servicing brides for over 10 years.
-
No, any alterations made after picking up your pieces are an added expense. Ilka price guide for alternations is from $400-$1,500 depending on the details.
